How do I manage my subscription?Updated 5 days ago
Subscriptions can be managed with the unique link that will be emailed to you upon subscribing (or via the Shop app for subscriptions initiated through the Shop app). For easy access, you may also create an Account, with a unique username and password. Note that to view your subscription, you will need to activate your Account. From your Account page, you can view your active and previous subscriptions. You can manage your subscription without a password using this special login.
Once you're logged into your account, managing your subscription is easy!
On a desktop and mobile: Click the 'Subscriptions" tab on the top your screen.
From there, you can update your address or payment method, skip a shipment, swap flavors, change your delivery frequency, or apply discount codes—including rewards!
