If you haven't received your order within 3 business days (from the date it was marked delivered), please let us know and we will open up a case with USPS so we can better identify what the issue is, and get it resolved. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

My order didn't arrive.

Hi! To redeem your Chomps points for a reward:
1. Log into your Chomps account.
2. Scroll to the bottom until you see your name and your point balance.
3. Select "redeem now", or visit our rewards page
4. Select the amount of points you want to redeem
5. A promo code will appear for you to copy and paste in the discount code box at checkout.
6. Didn't get a chance to copy the code? It can be found in your "reward history" (next to the "redeem now" button), as well as in an email that will send shortlty after you generate the promo code.
